Autumn Evening Party Offer – Terms & Conditions

  1. The Autumn Evening Party Offer applies to qualifying Evening Party Package bookings taking place on Friday or Saturday evenings during September, October, November, December 2026 or January and February 2027 at The Boarding House.
  2. A minimum of 60 adults must attend the event for the booking to qualify for the promotional offer. Children and guests under 18 do not count towards the minimum 60-adult requirement.
  3. £100 Booker Voucher: The lead booker will receive one £100 Boarding House voucher following the event, provided the minimum attendance requirement of 60 adults has been met.
  4. The £100 voucher will be issued after the event and cannot be used towards the function itself or redeemed on the night of the event.
  5. £10 Guest Voucher: Each eligible adult guest attending the function can claim one £10 Boarding House voucher.
  6. To claim a £10 voucher, guests must scan the promotional QR code displayed at the party and complete the required details during the event. Claims cannot be submitted on behalf of guests who are not in attendance.
  7. Guest vouchers will be issued after the event and cannot be redeemed on the night of the function.
  8. Promotional vouchers can be used towards the food bill when dining in The Boarding House restaurant. An advance table booking is required.
  9. One promotional voucher may be redeemed per person, per visit. Where more than one eligible voucher holder is dining at the same table, each person may redeem their own voucher against the food bill.
  10. Promotional vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, used to purchase gift vouchers or used towards the cost of a function or event. No cash alternative or change will be given.
  11. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion or offer unless otherwise stated by The Boarding House.
  12. Vouchers are subject to the validity/expiry date stated on the individual voucher and must be redeemed before that date.
  13. The Boarding House reserves the right to verify attendance and eligibility before issuing vouchers. Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible claims may be refused.
  14. The Boarding House reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary. This will not affect qualifying vouchers already issued.
